Real Safe World app for iPhone and iPad

Real Safe World allows you to build a community through inviting people to be a buddy by entering their name and phone number. You can also join groups by entering the group’s 6 digit code, as well as create groups for others to join. Groups can be public or private, private groups require that the group creator approve your entry. If there is a user in a group with whom you wish to not have contact, you can block them.

You can use the assist me feature to request that up to 20 people from any or all of your groups and buddies come to a specific location or locations, at a specific time, for a specific reason. For example, you could request that 1 – 4 people go for a run with you at the park tomorrow at 5:30 for 2 hours. If the request is something you may use often, you can save it as a widget which will appear on you main screen.

If you need immediate assistance but you do not require emergency services like police, ambulance, or fire you can use the Quick Alert feature which sends alert to the 20 closest people in your community. We allow up to 3 people to respond and they can have a 4 way video call with you and other responders, as well as you and the responders can see each others location in real time on a map during the alert and only during the alert.

The Situational Awareness Map, S.A.M., allows you to see potential dangers on a map, as well as warn others of potential dangers so safer choices can be made.

An Applet is a collection of features that use Real Safe World’s Assist Me template and/or Alert Template. Non-profit’s can create applets on our website at no charge, if a non-profit has given you a code for their applet you can enter the code in the Add Applet section. The applet will appear on your main screen.
